    This has to be the worst place I have ever worked. You get severly underpaid, the Managing Director is quite possibly the rudest woman I have ever met, there is zero sick pay, zero flexibility and zero understanding. She micromanages at a level I have never witnessed before. She treats her staff terribly. You get basic holiday (despite them advertising they give 28 days holidays) then they force you to take at least 4 days of your annual leave over Christmas as part of your annual leave. One member of staff even had a nervous breakdown due to the bullying from the MD and her friend who was an account manager. Dont be fooled by the number of employees either, she has a load of freelancers on her books, so when you go to work there, you suddenly realise that it isnt just her sickly sweet voice which is fake. Even the "accounting" person is from the local bookeepers. The whole business really is shambolic and it is really a shame they feel it is ok to treat members of staff in the way they do.
